How It Works Student STEM Ambassadors (SSA's) are equipped with tools and materials to raise awareness about the Office of Workforce Development for Teachers & Scientists (WDTS) Community College Internships (CCI) and Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internships programs (SULI), sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science’s WDTS program. SSA's are trained SULI & CCI alums who work closely with PPPL's STEM education outreach team. What's it like to intern at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL)? Ask a Student STEM Ambassador! Student STEM Ambassadors motivate and inspire future interns by sharing their own PPPL internship experiences. Representing colleges and universities in different corners of the country, Student STEM Ambassadors connect with their peers through social media networks, career fairs, campus events, and other outreach activities.
