As the chief human resources officer, Michelle Heintz spearheads the development of people strategies and fosters a culture that empowers every employee to undertake meaningful, impactful work in alignment with PPPL’s mission. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Michelle has honed her expertise in talent development and culture strategies, always aligning them with organizational goals. Before joining PPPL, Michelle held the position of global senior director, human resources at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where she collaborated closely with senior leadership on pivotal organizational transitions, including divestitures, independent public offerings and acquisitions. Her extensive background also includes more than two decades at Johnson & Johnson, where she served in various business partner roles and HR Centers of Excellence positions. Michelle holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus on HR management from Saint Elizabeth University.
