A Collaborative National Center for Fusion & Plasma Research

Quest Magazine Summer 2016

It is my pleasure to welcome readers to the fourth annual edition of Quest, the Laboratory’s research magazine. Research has begun full bore on the National Spherical Torus Experiment-Upgrade (NSTX-U), our flagship fusion facility, whose construction was completed in 2015 after nearly four years of building and a cost of $94 million.
