Method of Preparing Super-Concentrated Jets From Dense Aerosol Suspensions ----- Inventor(s): Michael J. Hay, Ernest J. Valeo, and Nathaniel J. Fisch

This is improvement in aerodynamic focusing of dilute aerosol suspensions. All previous work on this subject has ignored the effect of the particle inertia in the design of the focusing nozzle. This Invention describes a nozzle design that produces different focusing effects as the mass loading is varies, which will allow much greater control over the shape and dimensions of the produced jet.
