New Jersey Regional Science Bowl
Competition slots for the 2019 New Jersey Regional Middle & High School Science Bowls are ALL FULL
2018 High School Regional Winner: West Windsor-Plainsbor North High School
2018 Middle School Regional Winner: Princeton Charter Middle School
Each year PPPL hosts the New Jersey Regional Science Bowl, a double elimination contest with question and answer rounds in the fields of chemistry, biology, physics, astronomy, mathematics and general and earth sciences. Teams from middle, high and home schools are invited to enter.
The NJ Regional Competition is open to all of NJ and surrounding areas that do not have a regional Science Bowl competition near-by (within 50 miles).
The top team from each regional competition wins an expense-paid trip to the national competition in Washington, D.C.; trophies are awarded to the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place teams.
Future NJ Regional Science Bowls (tentative):
- 2019: Middle School Regional will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019; High School Regional will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019
- 2020: Middle School Regional will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020; High School Regional will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020

2019: April 25 – April 29, 2019
2020: April 30 - May 4, 2020
