Downloading Instructions
The videos are in MPEG format and can be viewed using QuickTime Player.
A free version of QuickTime Player can be downloaded from Apple's web site.
Downloading the Video to a Mac using Netscape Communicator:
  • Click and hold down the mouse on the video link.
  • When the options appear, select "Save this Link as ..."
  • In the dialogue box, select "Source" as the format,
  • choose where you want the file saved to, e.g, the desktop, and
  • click the "Save" button.

Downloading the Video to a Mac using Internet Explorer:
  • Click and hold down the mouse on the video link.
  • When the options appear, select "Download Link to Disk"
  • Click the "Save" button.

Downloading the Video to a PC:
  • Right click the mouse on the video link.
  • In the dialogue box, "Save Target as ..."
