PPPL (Technical) Reports are scientific papers authored by PPPL scientists on research performed under the PPPL/DoE contract.
The reports are posted to the PPPL Publications website and the U.S. Department of Energy's Scientific and Technical Information Bridge (OSTI) in order to make the information available to the scientific community and the public as soon as possible.
