Computer Hardware (all networked to the Internet):
The current plan is to have units in the following locations:
Software: Each computer platform in the office will have the latest edition of Eudora Pro, Microsoft Office, Netscape Communicator, Claris Draw, Internet Explorer; Norton Anti-virus, NCSA Telnet, and X-terminal emulation (Exodus on Mac, Exceed on PC); Windows 2000 on PC's and MAC OS 9.22 on Mac's. |
Audio/Visual Support: The office will have four LCD projectors available for use in the various meetings. All other audiovisual equipment will be rented and supplied as needed (overhead projectors, flip charts, screens, etc.). All requests for A/V equipment should be made known as soon as possible (ideally before the meeting but in no case less than 24 hours before required) to John DeLooper (jdeloope@pppl.gov) so that we make sure the right hardware is available when required |
