Sr. Programmer Analyst

The Senior Programmer Analyst will work directly with the user community to collect requirements, design, code, test and develop reports from specifications in a business/ financial applicant environment.  The incumbent will support the Business Operations users through training, documentation, data correction and fixes, development of queries and reports as necessary; develop and maintain documentation as it pertains to user and system requirements, specifications and system designs (using cases, work flows, ER Diagrams, etc).  Additionally, maintain data and database integrity in a SQL Server environment including DB tuning, performance monitoring and custom report generation.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting or a related field; or equivalent education/experience. Experience in SQL Server administration (MS SQLServer 2005 and higher) including backup and restore operations, job creation and scheduling, and user permissions set up. A thorough knowledge of SQL programming, stored procedures and relational databases is needed. Experience with query and reporting tools such as SQL Query Analyzer, SAP Business Objects and Microsoft Access and proficient in MSOffice are also required. 

Programming languages: SQL, HTML, JavaScript, C+, Visual Studio, ASP, ASP.NET..

The final candidate must successfully pass a background screening.

Knowledge of Great Plains Dexterity and Reporting tools and Oracle databases are a plus
