KSTAR
Welcome to the US Web site of the KSTAR (Korean Superconducting Tokamak
Reactor) project. KSTAR is a long pulse, superconducting tokamak being
designed to explore advanced tokamak regimes under steady state conditions.
A team of US national laboratories, universities, and industrial
participants (including MIT, LLNL, ORNL, PPPL, and GA) which is supporting
the Korean National Fusion Program in the design of KSTAR.
