ISHW RECEPTION

Transportation from PPPL to the Reception will be provided.
Transportation from the Reception to the Nassau Inn and Residence Inn will be provided.TOURS of NCSX and NSTX
Date: Tuesday 13 October
Location: PPPL
Time: 16:00 - 16:45Note: No high-heeled shoes, open-toed shoes, or sandals are allowed.
Cameras and tape recorders are permitted and encouraged.
However, no briefcases or packages are allowed on the tour.The walk to the experimental areas is about 1/3 of a mile round-trip. Some stairs are included. If you will need special accommodations for getting from our main office building to the experimental site, please let us know ahead of time.
Transportation to the designated conference hotels will be provided after the tours.
ISHW BANQUET
Date: Wednesday 14 October
Location: Prospect House, Princeton University Main Campus
Time: 19:00 to 20:30
Transportation from PPPL to the Banquet will be provided.
Transportation from the Banquet to PPPL and the designated conference hotels (only) will be provided .
EXCURSION

Time: Departing at 13:00 from PPPL (Box lunches provided en route)
Departing New York City at 19:30 (arriving Princeton hotels ~ 21:30)
Note: There will be no group dinner in New York.
