EXPENDITURES
Registration fee of $30.00 USD will be charged to each participant to cover: coffee breaks & meeting expenses
"Please note the $30.00 fee is composed of $10.00 for meeting expenses and $20.00 for food which your laboratory may or may not consider “allowable”. At PPPL the portion of a registration fee that pays for food is “unallowable”."
A conference dinner is optional with a cost of $40.00 USD including tax and gratuity. The conference dinner fee should be paid in cash or check from US Bank (USD only) at the conference registration desk. Credit cards are not acceptable
VISA
Designated participants who require a visa to enter USA should submit the necessary application to the nearest diplomatic or consular representative of USA as soon as possible.
If your institution requires a letter of invitation, forward the following information:
Your full name
Name of your employing institution
Mailing address appropriate for letter
Country of citizenship
Please contact the LOC , Jennifer Jones, jjones@pppl.gov with subject heading “H-Mode Visa Information ”.
Workshop organizers will promptly acknowledge your request and forward the letter.
VISA WAIVER PROGRAM (VWP)
Eligible nationals of participating countries are able to travel to the U.S. without a visa for tourist and business travel of 90 days or less provided they possess an e-passport and an approved authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).
