PPPL H-mode room Rates:
$109.00/night including full breakfast buffet or
$99 per night without breakfast. 

The hotel room block has been reserved for three nights, from Tuesday, September 29, through Thursday, October 1, 2009 under "H-mode Workshop".

There are two ways to book your hotel room.  

1) The Wyndham hotel has a website that participants coming in for the H-Mode meeting may access to book their reservations.  You may do this by clicking on the link below: http://www.wyndham.com/groupeventsnew/ewrcc_hmode/main.wnt The $99 rate is not accessiable through the web, if you would like that rate please note it in the comments section on the "Confirm Reservation Page"and the hotel will make the change for you.

2) You may also send an email to Barbara Sarfaty with" H-mode Hotel" as your subject; include your dates of arrival and departure, with or with out breakfast, credit card number, expiration date, and any special requests for housing. You will receive an email with a confirmation number from Barbara when completed.

The hotel's shuttle van will go to/from PPPL, the shuttle schdeule will be posted at the front desk daily.

Workshop Dinner Information

There will be an optional workshop dinner at the Wyndham Hotel at a cost of $40.00 (USD) including tax and gratuity.

The workshop dinner fees are to be paid in cash or check from a US Bank (USD only). Credit cards cannot be accepted.  For your convenience there is an ATM machine available in the lobby of PPPL.
