| Secretary of Energy Abraham Visits PPPL |
| U.S. Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham visited the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) on Thursday, January 30, touring the facilities and addressing staff. During his address in the Gottlieb Auditorium, the Secretary announced that the United States will rejoin the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) negotiations. Prior to the talk, Secretary Abraham toured the National Spherical Torus Experiment (NSTX) and the former Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor (TFTR) test cells, and met with staff in the Lobby.
