To support our mission, vision and strategic objectives, it is PPPL's environmental policy to conduct our scientific research and operate the Laboratory facilities in a manner that protects and preserves human health and the environment and is in full compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and other requirements.

We implement this policy by integrating environmental requirements, pollution prevention, and continual improvement into our work planning and execution, and by taking actions to minimize the environmental impacts of our operations. We establish and communicate environmental responsibilities, provide environmental information to our workforce, and implement controls to mitigate environmental hazards.
